Dear Committee Members:

In accordance with Article 9.1 in the current Eagle Crest Homeowner’s Association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) we are submitting our request to have the following improvements to our home approved by the Architectural Committee:

ROOF: We will be making several improvements to our home this May to enhance our curb appeal.  The improvements will include a new roof.  We plan on using the same material type (asphalt shingle) in a color listed as “Pewter”, a dark gray similar to what we currently have.  While there are no requirements in the CC&Rs mandating prior approval for a new roof, we wanted to include all work on our home’s exterior planned for May and/or June.

EXTERIOR PAINT/GUTTERS: The house will also be repainted similar to the existing color scheme, “Heavy Cream” (PPU5-10) for the base color and “Vine Leaf” green (N400-7) for the trim.  The only deviation from existing color palate is that the color of the new gutters will match the trim color vice being white.
